When purchasing your airfare, please make sure to use the code KEF for Keflavík International Airport for your destination’s airport. Once your flights are booked, we ask that you send the information including your airline and record locator/confirmation number to lexi@thetravelsmiths.com so we can successfully schedule your transfers. Optionally TravelSmiths will secure your flights on your behalf for a fee of $100 per ticket.

Travel Insurance can cover many things: trip delay, lost baggage, cancellation due to illness or funeral, etc. Travel Insurance can also cover cancellation fees charged by our tour operators, and by our agency as per our terms and conditions. TravelSmiths charges a 15% cancellation fee after final payment. Travel Insurance rates are based on age and total package price. You will want to make sure you have enough coverage to also cover the fees mentioned above.
