This intimate DDPYoga Retreat is designed to give guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in the DDPY lifestyle while enjoying the comforts of a luxury Gulf-front property. From daily workouts and recovery sessions to chef-prepared dinners, beach time, and optional excursions, the week is all about feeling better, moving better, and having a great time doing it.
More Than a Workout Retreat
The DDPYoga Retreat is an opportunity to step away from everyday life and spend a week focused on movement, recovery, connection, and having fun.
Whether you've been practicing DDPYoga for years or you're simply ready for a reset, you'll experience the program in an intimate environment led by Diamond Dallas Page and his wife, Payge. DDP brings the energy, motivation, and unmistakable spirit that have made DDPYoga what it is today, while Payge, a former professional adventure athlete and Master DDPY Instructor, brings her own expertise, experience, and passion for movement and wellness.
Together, DDP and Payge will be your hosts and instructors throughout the retreat, guiding daily workouts, supporting your progress, and creating a relaxed, personal experience that goes far beyond a typical fitness getaway.
It’s a chance to learn, move, recover, laugh, and connect with DDP, Payge, and a small group of fellow guests, all from an incredible beachfront setting in Panama City Beach, Florida.
Your Home for the Week
The retreat takes place in a spectacular Gulf-front home created with wellness, relaxation, and entertaining in mind.
Guests will enjoy sweeping views of the Gulf, direct access to the beach, and amenities that include a private home gym and yoga room, dedicated wellness room with sauna, steam room, and cold plunge, private pool and hot tub, and plenty of space to relax between activities.
The home also features seven uniquely themed bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, an elevator, and six bicycles available for guest use.
Throughout your stay, we ask that you treat your suite and the home with the same care and respect you would your own. This is a private residence, and part of what makes the retreat special is being able to enjoy it as a comfortable, shared home for the week.
And this isn't just any beach house — the property is owned by WWE Hall of Famer and 3X WCW World Heavyweight Champion Diamond Dallas Page, making it the perfect home base for a truly unique DDPY experience.
What's Included
Each day will be built around a balance of movement, recovery, food, and downtime.
Guests can look forward to daily workouts with DDP, along with a morning Power Shake followed by a post-workout brunch. The property's full workout facilities, sauna, steam room, cold plunge, pool, and outdoor spaces will be available throughout the retreat.
For those looking for an additional challenge, there will also be opportunities for optional PowerCuff workouts, limited to six participants per class, as well as optional schlogging — DDP-style beach cardio.
Food & Evening Experiences
Great food will be a big part of the week, with a mix of hosted dinners and time to explore Panama City Beach on your own.
Highlights are planned to include Chef Paul's opening-night dinner, featuring premium meat from DAAM Beef Farm in Oregon; DDP's famous Bolognese on Night 2; a special taco night with Juan on Night 3; an open evening for guests to enjoy dinner on their own on Night 4; and a special celebration dinner to bring the retreat together on the final night.

Travel Insurance can cover many things: trip delay, lost baggage, cancellation due to illness or funeral, etc. Travel Insurance can also cover cancellation fees charged by our tour operators, and by our agency as per our terms and conditions. TravelSmiths charges a 15% cancellation fee after final payment. Travel Insurance rates are based on age and total package price. You will want to make sure you have enough coverage to also cover the fees mentioned above.

Worldwide Trip Protector Prime: Comprehensive travel insurance rate is based on the person's age and total price of travel per person. For pre-existing conditions to be waived, this insurance must be booked inside 14 days of your initial deposit. You can purchase this insurance outside of 14 days of deposit but it will not cover pre-existing conditions. You may purchase this insurance no later than 48 hours prior to your departure.
Worldwide Trip Protector Plus: This comprehensive travel protection plan provides your enrolled clients with a 75% refund in the event they need to cancel their trip for any reason right up to three days before departure time of the flight.
